14 x 20 cabin built in 1956. This cabin contains one set of twin bunk beds, one futon and one couch. This facility has wood heat and is equipped with a propane cook stove, propane refrigerator, and propane lights. There is no water, no electricity and no indoor restroom. An outdoor vault toilet is located in close proximity to the house.

This facility consists of two cabins. The main cabin or cookhouse is equipped with wood heat, propane cook stove and propane refrigerator. The other cabin or bunkhouse has propane heaters and four twin beds. There is no water, no electricity and no indoor restroom. An outdoor vault toilet is located in close proximity to the house.

The Fremont Powerhouse is located about six miles west of Granite and includes the following three rental houses, each near the Fremont Powerhouse, an historic structure built in 1908 to supply electricity to nearby mines. The rental season is year-round; although the final 1 1/2 miles of road from Granite might be blocked by snow until May. Drinking water, flushing toilets and showers are available during the peak seasons June 1st through September 31st only.
Forest Service Road 10 is maintained in summer months, but access during the winter months may require snowmobiles, cross country skis, snowshoes or 4 wheel drive, depending on weather conditions. There is limited parking away from the site.
